This page lists third-party processors that Vorkis LLC uses to operate the Digital Internship marketing website at https://digitalinternship.ai. It supplements our Privacy Policy and supports GDPR Article 28 accountability.
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
We require processors to process personal data only on our documented instructions and with appropriate safeguards. Where required, we rely on the processor's standard Data Processing Agreement, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and/or participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

Safeguards for international transfers
- Web3Forms: EU Standard Contractual Clauses via processor terms; data processed only to deliver form submissions
- Google LLC (Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics 4): Google Ads / Analytics Data Processing Terms; EU-US Data Privacy Framework participant (Google LLC); SCCs where applicable
- Infrastructure / hosting provider: Written hosting agreement with confidentiality and security obligations; log retention capped at 90 days
Changes
We may update this list when we add or replace processors. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, in our Privacy Policy.
