This page lists third-party processors that Vorkis LLC uses to operate the Digital Internship marketing website at https://digitalinternship.ai. It supplements our Privacy Policy and supports GDPR Article 28 accountability.
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
We require processors to process personal data only on our documented instructions and with appropriate safeguards. Where required, we rely on the processor’s standard Data Processing Agreement, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and/or participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

Safeguards for international transfers
- Hetzner Online GmbH: Hetzner Data Processing Agreement under Art. 28 GDPR; ISO/IEC 27001-certified data centres; data stays within the EU, so no third-country transfer mechanism is required

We may update this list when we add or replace processors. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, in our Privacy Policy.
